GoMetro Bridge Referral Campaign – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

The GoMetro Bridge Referral Campaign rewards anyone who refers Shippers, Carriers, or Major Transport Brokers that sign up as paying Bridge subscribers. When a referred company subscribes to Bridge and makes their first payment, the referrer will receive a cash reward equal to the first month’s subscription fee, up to a maximum of R25,000 per referral.


2. Who Can Participate?

The referral program is open to everyone, including individuals and businesses, whether they are current Bridge users or not.

Employees of GoMetro and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.


3. How to Make a Referral

To refer a company, participants must submit a referral using the official form provided in the customer outreach. The form requires the following details:

Referrer’s Full Name

Referrer’s Email & Phone Number

Referred Person’s Full Name

Referred Company Name

Referred Person’s Email & Phone Number


4. Cash Reward Details

• The referrer will receive a cash reward equal to the first month’s subscription payment made by the referred company, up to a maximum of R25,000 per referral.

• Payment is made after the referred company has signed the SLA and successfully paid for their first month of Bridge subscription.

• The reward is paid via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) to the referrer’s provided bank account within 30 days of the referred company’s first successful payment.


5. Referral Eligibility & Validity

The referred company must be a new customer (i.e., they must not have an existing or past Bridge subscription).

If multiple people refer the same company, the reward will be given to the first person who submitted the referral via the official form.

The referred company must subscribe and pay within 60 days of the referral submission for the reward to apply.

Self-referrals (referring your own company) are not allowed.


6. Reward Payment Limitations

The maximum payout per referral is R25,000.

There is no limit to how many referrals a single user can make, but each referral must be a unique new customer.

The referrer is responsible for providing accurate bank details for reward payment.


7. Modification or Termination of the Campaign

GoMetro reserves the right to:

Modify the terms of the referral program at any time.

End the campaign at its discretion without prior notice.

Withhold payment if there is suspicion of fraud or misuse of the campaign.
