Our Operations Team will create your Bridge account within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). If you sign up over the weekend, we’ll get started the next business day.
You can help us get your account ready faster by providing your Subcontractor and Vehicle details using the link below. This step is optional – if you prefer, our team will contact you to gather these details.
We’ll contact you to welcome you to Bridge, collect or validate your details, and arrange a training session using dummy data.
Our team will also onboard your subcontractors and connect with transport service providers (TSPs) to set up API integrations if needed.
Your free trial will begin once at least one vehicle and one subcontractor have been successfully onboarded and connected in Bridge. We’ll notify you as soon as this is complete.
During your onboarding, we’ll arrange training sessions to help you get the most out of Bridge. If you have any questions or need assistance, we’re just a call away.
At the end of your trial, we’ll send you usage statistics and an invoice based on your usage.
